Proficient in Exempt Market Securities, Mr. Ruban oversees investments and client relations, and assists the Compliance department in implementing and upholding policies and procedures.

I am currently the Manager of Business Development & Client Relations at Kuber Mortgage Investment Corporation. Overseeing both our existing investments and developing new business opportunities culminates my passion for identifying customer needs. I strive to take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business growth strategies. I recently obtained my Master's degree in International Business at Hult International Business School. In today's ever-growing globalized world, I feel it is important to have an International perspective in the business we conduct, which is why I chose Hult. I study with students from 150 countries! As an experienced Customer Service Representative, I have a passion for product advocacy through customer interactions. My past employers include companies like TD Canada Trust and Zara, where I contributed to providing a personalized customer experience. My past volunteer experience includes being at Mount Sinai Hospital, where I assisted medical practitioners and technicians in their respected fields. My roles allowed me to make data-driven decisions, increase customer engagement, and implement industry best practices to ensure that my clients maximized value for their time. I am passionate about creating and managing products for client usage that have a social impact.

His responsibilities include ensuring the company complies with its outside regulatory requirements and internal policies. As our Compliance Officer, he can effectively communicate the company’s key ethics, principles, and compliance regulations with all of Kuber MIC's departments. He reports directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors and deals with our business units and other management to ensure appropriate contingency plans are in place that set guidelines on how to respond to a possible compliance breach.
